Brenda Song reportedly 'brings the sex engage her upcoming highly suspected theatrical picture: The Social Network according to Variety magazine. The recent review by Variety  magazine also praised the film and added the 22-year-old television star adds 'little plausibility' to the role of Christy Lee. For Song, The Social Network is a big step towards shedding her pure 'Disney' image.

The film, which is distributed by Columbia Pictures, is loosely based on Ben Mizrich's best-selling 2009 novel, The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding Of Facebook, A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius, and Betrayal.The film has been described as a story of "greed, obsession, unpredictability and sex'', however has received a PG-13 rating in the USA.

The Social Network is currently being heavily praised by critics. Metacritic gave the film a 100 "metacritic" score. While, Rotten Tomatoes reports a 100% acceptable "fresh" rating based on 84 reviews collected. The Social Network opens in theaters nationwide today.
